- The flu: Respiratory disease caused by the influenza virus.

In addition to diseases, eye pain can arise from injuries caused by fingers or foreign particles that cause injuries to the cornea. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful when scratching and even removing foreign bodies from the eyes to avoid possible injuries.
