Wine and meat: the chemistry of this mixture

Who would say... a delicious and tempting combination that can bring benefits to the body, we are talking about the mixture between red wine and the much dreaded red meat. We are already tired of hearing that the healthiest meat is white, but for some it is impossible to resist that rare steak.
Here's some news that will ease your conscience: wine helps eliminate substances that are harmful to health. O MDA (3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine) it is a dangerous substance present in red meat, it is a product of the oxidation of fats unsaturated foods present in meat, the accumulation in the body can lead to cancer since MDA is a carcinogenic. So how can a simple drink inhibit the action of this fat? Wine is rich in polyphenols, as these organic compounds are present in the stomach, “sweep” completely free radicals, MDA and other harmful substances.
If you are not fond of alcoholic beverages, you can choose to add the ingredient to a recipe that uses meat in the sauce of wine, in addition to obtaining a more exquisite and appetizing dish, it guarantees a clear conscience to enjoy the dainty.


Another option would be roast chicken combined with wine, the benefits are the same for both types of meat. Hence you may ask: is white wine also beneficial? The type of grape used to obtain this type of wine is different, it is the light grapes. But the good news is that, although the amount of polyphenols in white wine is lower than in red wine, proper preparation of the grapes guarantees a clear and equally beneficial wine.
