More than 1.6 million students are expected to participate this Sunday, August 5, in the tests of the National Examination for Certification of Skills for Young People and Adults (Encence) 2018. This year's edition broke the record for entries.

Encceja is intended for students who have not completed their studies at the appropriate age. For the certification of elementary school, it is necessary to be 15 years old by the day of the exam and for high school, 18 years.
Of the total number of participants, 356,326 want to obtain a certificate of completion of elementary school and 1,339,281 of high school. Currently, Encceja is the only exam that allows students, who fulfill the necessary requirements, to obtain such certifications.
Evidences
The proofs of End 2018 will apply from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Brasília time. It is necessary to arrive in advance to the test sites, as the gates will be closed 15 minutes before the start of the evaluations.

Applicants will have to bring an original identification document with a photo and a black ink ballpoint pen (made of transparent material) for the tests. At each level of education there are four objective tests, with 30 multiple-choice questions each, and an essay.
Elementary School
Morning: Natural Sciences; Math
Evening: Portuguese Language, Foreign Language, Arts and Physical Education; History and geography
High school
Morning: Natural Sciences and its Technologies; Mathematics and its Technologies
Evening: Languages, Codes and their Technologies. Human Sciences and its Technologies; Essay

The result of Encceja Nacional 2018 is expected for the last quarter of this year. Participants will have to earn a minimum of 100 points in each objective discipline for certification. In writing, the minimum grade required is 5 points.
The certifications of elementary and secondary education and the declaration of proficiency for those who did not reach the Minimum scores in all tests will be made by the Departments of Education and institutions associated with the Complete.
