Starting this Monday, March 17, registration for the National Skills Certification Examination (Encceja) 2014 is open. Applications can be made online until March 31, free of charge. To confirm the registration, it is necessary to inform CPF and identity, in addition to filling out a socioeconomic questionnaire.

The exam is free and of voluntary participation, aimed at young people and adults, who are at least 15 years old, who want a certificate of completion of elementary school. People deprived of liberty and young people who comply with socio-educational measures can also participate.
There will be 4 objective tests with 30 multiple choice questions each and the following areas will be charged of knowledge: I - Portuguese Language, Modern Foreign Language, Arts, Physical Education and Writing; II - Mathematics; III - History and Geography and IV - Natural Sciences.
The tests will be applied on June 1st, a Sunday, in all Federation Units, in the morning and afternoon shifts. The competition municipalities can be consulted on the
Notice of Encceja 2014, as well as other information about the exam.The candidate will be eligible to receive the elementary education certificate if he achieves a minimum score of 100 points in each of the knowledge area tests and 5.0 points in the essay. The certificate will be issued by the institution that the student chooses when registering.

Brazilians residing abroad can also participate in the exam. Registration is open and can also be done until the 31st of March. In order to register, Brazilians must inform their RG, CPF and passport number.
In addition to the elementary school certificate, Encceja Exterior also allows candidates, aged at least 18, to take the exam to apply for the high school certificate. The tests will be held on different dates according to the notice.
For candidates who do not have access to the internet, computers will be made available at the Consulates General in the cities where the exam will be applied. The tests will be applied in Portuguese, in five countries, according to the dates of the Notice.
