Being one of the most famous reviews, the Whole Life Review, or, as it is also known, Vida Toda, in general, includes contributions made before 1994, which, until then, were disregarded.
Who can order this review?
- Those who have contributions made before 1994;
- Those who received the first payment of the benefit in the last 10 years (deadline for requesting the review);
- Those who had the benefit granted between November 29, 1999 and the date on which the Pension Reform came into effect (November 13, 2019).
2. Ceiling Revision
In 1998 and 2003, the social security cap was readjusted to R$1,200 and R$2,400, respectively. However, the pensions that were granted before the readjustment did not change.
Who can request the review?
- Policyholders who retired between 07/24/1991 and 12/19/2003; OR
- Who had remuneration limited to the ceiling in the calculation of retirement.
3. Special time inclusion review
This review is requested when the worker performed unhealthy or dangerous activities that compromised their integrity, but who did not meet the basic criteria for receiving retirement Special.
