However, the single RG is the new documentation model that is available to all Brazilians and will be mandatory from 2023. CPF, as well as having a digital version.However, the RG Único version will only be available from the moment everyone has it, that is, in 2023. Meanwhile, you can use the digital version of the document, but this only exists in some Brazilian states. After all, each state is responsible for issuing the record, and not all have adhered to the digital version. Therefore, you can access it if you are from Alagoas, Distrito Federal, Goiás, Pará, Paraíba, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
How to download digital RG
To download it is very simple, you just need to have an Android or iOS smartphone device and access the Play Store or Apple Store and search for your state's digital RG app. Once the app is on your cell phone, open it and look for the “Add RG” option to scan the QR Code that is on your physical document.
