This is yet another action by the digital bank, which seeks to understand consumer behavior, especially when it comes to investments. According to a note released by the press, the bank is seeking to improve its relationship with customers through this type of survey.

The financial institution is inviting some customer customers through email. According to information released by the institution, the survey lasts about 10 minutes and must be answered with the user's personal data. This data is related to monthly income, income tax, investments in the bank itself or in other institutions and other financial data.

The bank informed in the note that if all the questions are included in the research, the user will be rewarded with R$ 150. It is important to highlight that not all customers who received the survey email will be remunerated.

The company is now experiencing a moment of stabilization after rising interest rates in the United States. The bank is one of the most influential in Latin America and already has more than 760,000 customers.
