Notorious B.I.G concert

It's not just a B.I.G 'performance' that fans can look forward to. There's an entire experience planned, including a narrated recreation of your neighborhood. The show coincides with what would have been the artist's 50th birthday this year, which is the official reason the event is being held.

Living artists will also participate in the concert: Diddy, The Lox, Latto, Nardo Wick, Lil' Cease, DJ Clark Kent, and Eli Fross are among the confirmed attractions. Attendees of the live event will need one of Meta's Quest headsets to check out the show.

controversial news

Since the show was announced, the company has received several criticisms from the public who considered it a lack of respect for the artist's memory. However, despite the criticism, the company disclosed that it received a positive signal from The Notorious B.I.G. who sees Meta's initiative as a way to celebrate the rapper's legacy.

This concert is not the first time that a deceased artist has been brought back for yet another stage performance. Tupac performed onstage at Coachella as a hologram. If the fad catches on, many more artists are expected to come back from the afterlife.

horizon worlds

Getting the Metaverse idea off the ground has been a difficult task, and despite Mark Zuckerberg's billionaire investments, Horizon Worlds' biggest problem is user retention. The controversial concert by the Notorious B.I.G. it's a way of tricking the rapper's fans into entering the metaverse, since even the employees themselves don't want to use the platform.
