The selected candidates will receive scholarships made available by Fusp (Support Foundation for the University of São Paulo) and the amounts vary according to the chosen vacancy. For those who are doctoral students, the amount is equivalent to R$ 3,808.66 per month in the first year and R$ 4,713.77 in the remaining years. The post-doctoral students will receive the resource in the amount of R$ 9,326.97, without limitations.
The carrying out of activities is aimed at the segments of: treatment of large-scale structured and unstructured data; development of computational methods for automatic construction of models based on graphs and dynamic learning of representations; development of methods to test causality of relationships learned by models; and model selection based on multiple criteria or objectives.
It is worth remembering that the vacancies attributed to postdoctoral and doctoral positions must be filled by doctors, graduates and master's students specialized in the following areas: focus on innovations in artificial intelligence with impact potential socioeconomic; knowledge of C, R or Python programming; inferential statistical training; multicriteria decision making; data mining; evolutionary computation and optimization.
