Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of sweet potato
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Smoked paprika (to taste)

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, preheat your Airfryer to 200°C for 10 minutes while you prepare the potatoes;
  2. Peel the potatoes with a vegetable peeler or a knife;
  3. Then cut the potato into very thin slices, less than 1 cm thick;
  4. Later, take a large refractory container, place the potato slices and then season with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika;
  5. Throw a thread of olive oil over the top and mix well with the help of a spoon so that all the slices receive the seasonings;
  6. Done that, take the potatoes to the Airfryer basket. Position each slice in such a way that one is not on top of the other;
  7. Soon after, adjust the temperature to 180°C and wait 25 minutes, but open the basket every 5 minutes and turn the slices so that they can brown evenly;
  8. Finally, remove the potatoes and serve with the accompaniments of your choice.
