Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of sweet potato
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation:
- First of all, preheat your Airfryer to 200°C for 10 minutes while you prepare the potatoes;
- Peel the potatoes with a vegetable peeler or a knife;
- Then cut the potato into very thin slices, less than 1 cm thick;
