A good tip is to always prioritize fruits, breads and natural foods for your child's snack. Cut the fruits into curious shapes and give the snack a creative look.
A cool recipe is banana cookies, follow:
- 2 medium bananas;
- 1 cup. (tea) oatmeal flakes;
- 1 col. (soup) honey;
- 1 col. (soup) coconut oil;
- 1 col. (tea) baking powder;
- 2 col. (soup) quinoa;
- 1 pinch of cinnamon;
- 1/2 cup. (tea) chopped bittersweet chocolate.
In a container, love the bananas and add all the other ingredients little by little, stirring slowly. After that, let it rest for like 10 minutes, and add the yeast and chocolate. Take it to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Unite a shape and model the cookies. Take to preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes and it's ready.
