Ingredients

For mass:

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • ½ cup (tea) oil;
  • ½ cup (tea) milk cream;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 and ½ (tea) wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of chemical baking powder;
  • 1 bag of seasoning powder;
  • Butter or margarine and wheat flour to grease the mold.

For the filling:

  • 500 grams of cooked and shredded muscle;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato extract;
  • 2 diced tomatoes;
  • 1 minced garlic cloves;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper;
  • 300 grams of grated cheese;
  • Salt, black pepper and parsley (to taste).

Way of doing:

Filling:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  2. Then put the meat and all the other seasonings for the stuffing and let it braise for 3 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  3. When time passes, hang up and book.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and start preparing the dough.

Pasta:

  1. For the dough, add the cream, eggs and oil to the blender and beat for 1 minute.
  2. Then add the mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour, the powdered seasoning bag and the baking soda. It can mix gently.
  3. Take the dough to an already greased shape and put the stuffing over it.
  4. To finish, cover with grated cheese and leave in the oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden and looks cooked.
  5. Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.

Tip:

If you want an even prettier savory pie, use a removable bottom pan. In addition to making it easier when serving, it is possible to see the entire pasta ready and golden.
