So, during the episode, Homer walks into a room where a man claims that the members of Cypress Hill "commanded the London Symphony Orchestra" while high and therefore must perform with they.
Cypress Hill asks if the London Symphony Orchestra knows how to play their smash hit Insane in the Brain. The two collaborate for an orchestrated version of Insane in the Brain, and Marge responds with "now this, I like it".

For a few years there was a running joke that one day Cypress Hill would work with the London Symphony Orchestra to create the mashup. With that, the repeated joke turned into several moments of hope for fans of The Simpsons and Cypress Hill.
Via Instagram, Cypress Hill responded to a reel of Simpson's cameo by saying they plan to "make the show with the London Symphony a reality".
"This July in Denver with the Colorado Symphony, we are playing 'Black Sunday' in full to celebrate its 30th [year] anniversary," wrote Cypress Hill.
