Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of chia seed;
- 1 tablespoon of honey (if you want, add more);
- 1/2 cup of milk tea;
- Optional: cut fruit (tip: use strawberry and banana).
prepare your pudding
First mix the milk and honey. Keep stirring, without bringing to a boil, until you feel that the liquid is acquiring consistency and getting a homogeneous texture. This means that honey is well dissolved in milk.
