The vampire hunting kit
The items composed in the kit are somewhat unusual, in it we can find: crucifixes, brass gunpowder, holy water, stake and a gothic bible. The creator of it is Lord Hailey would be the basic for hunting these picturesque beings.
In his collection there were several items to fight against these beings. And for those who think it would never be sold, this past Thursday, the 'vampire hunter' kit was sold for a much higher than expected value. Around £16,900, equivalent to R$109,000.
It was expected to raise just £2,000, but the objects caught the public's attention so much that they snapped up for an astonishing amount.
Do people really believe in vampires or not
Well, it's not known for sure why people believe in the existence of vampires. But the fact is that the question of science fiction still intrigues many to look for these beings, or simply to have these artifacts as home decor.
The kit was purchased by a Briton, resident of the county of Derbyshire. He didn't say anything about whether or not he believed in their existence, however, he said it was a rarity he couldn't do without.
The fact is that whether it exists or not, this kit has a lot of history to tell, from what it's made of to the stories behind these creatures.
