Ingredients
Separate the following ingredients for preparation:
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour;
- 2 and ½ cup (tea) of powdered milk;
- 6 egg yolks;
- 1 sachet of chicken cream;
- 1 cup (tea) mozzarella cheese (chopped);
- 6 clear;
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
Preparation
To start, separate a medium-sized pan, where you will have to heat the butter until it starts to melt. Immediately after, add the wheat flour and mix, preferably with a wooden or silicone spoon, until the dough is golden. Then, dissolve the chicken cream in the powdered milk with the help of a little water, and then put the mixture in the pan. Once again it will be necessary to stir, this time until the mass thickens.
Now, remove from the heat and add the yolks and also the mozzarella cheese, then stir a lot and reserve the dough. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites and add to the rest of the mixture you have reserved. At this point, it will be necessary to stir very gently so that all the egg whites are incorporated, in order to give the whole soufflé a light and airy consistency. Finally, distribute the dough into specific soufflé molds, greased with butter and wheat flour, which are 23 cm in diameter. So, just bake these delicacies in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 45 minutes or until the dough rises enough.
