Regarding the quantities, the yield of this preparation is 12 average servings, but of course you can adjust the amount of ingredients according to your preference and need, depending on the number of people going eat. Without further ado, let's get to the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cup of sugar tea;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour tea;
  • 1 cup of chocolate tea or cocoa powder;
  • ½ of butter tea;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 3 whole eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • 1 cup of hot water (not boiling)

Method of preparation

  • Take the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Book the yolks and beat the egg whites;
  • Soon after, take a bowl, add the sugar and chocolate powder, then mix quickly;
  • Then add the yolks and butter and mix again;
  • Add the water and wheat flour little by little. Mix, add more of these ingredients and mix again until you get a nice dough;
  • Then add the yeast, stir gently and finally add the egg whites. Mix until your dough is in a homogeneous consistency;
  • Pour everything into a greased mold and bake for about 40 minutes over medium heat (180°C).
