According to the Ministry of Education, the opening of these professional courses aims to train more than 820,000 students by the year 2025. The most interesting thing is that candidates can choose the number of courses they want.
The workload will vary according to the chosen course, however, normally, it ranges from 20 to 30 hours. See below some of the options made available by MEC:

- Tourism;
- Environment and Health;
- Language, Languages and Literature;
- Security;
- Educational and Social Development;
- Cultural Production and Design;
- Hospitality and Leisure;
- Business management.
To obtain the certificate, it is necessary to complete 100% of the course.

In addition to the more than 100 courses available, there is also the possibility of doing literacy on the free platform with MEC. The Tempo de Aprendizagem program is aimed at people who want to improve their literacy skills.
