Linkedin unveils new artificial intelligence tool for interviews

O Linkedin, a business-oriented social network, began testing a new tool for more digital selective processes. The idea consists of a presentation before the job interview itself. When applying for the position, the person may be asked by HR to answer two questions.

With the new feature, candidates will be able to send recruiters a profile preview. This without waiting for it to advance to a new phase. In this way, it will be possible to show social and communication skills. In Brazil, the feature is still in the testing phase.

The tool, developed by Microsoft, helps professionals prepare for the video stage. To do this, just make a recording that is not visible on the profile. Thus, Artificial Intelligence analyzes the language instantly and makes useful recommendations.

With this tool, you are offered tips on how to improve your pace and avoid certain phrases. Remembering that this feedback, at first, will only be available to those who have a profile in English.
