For many, Christmas is the best time of year. Also, how not to love? Everything looks prettier and happier: the streets and houses are decorated, the panettones are returning to the markets, the presents are starting to disappear. piling up under the tree, the recess is approaching… It doesn't matter the age – the end of the year is always loaded with expectation, be it positive or do not.
Whether as a way to enjoy the atmosphere of the season or to ease the tensions of this period, games and activities can be very welcome at end-of-the-year get togethers. 1. What's in Santa's hat?
Buy several red Santa Claus hats and assorted souvenirs: candies, chocolates, toys, Christmas tree pendants, etc. Just make sure they aren't big and fit inside the hat.
Ask participants in the dynamic to gather in a row. Then pass a hat with a souvenir to each of them. Blindfolded and with touch alone, they will have to guess which object they are touching. Whoever discovers the souvenir takes it home!
2. christmas limb
This is for those who have a good spine (and strong knees)! In the redesigned version of limbo, the classic game where you have to go under a rope without bumping into her, participants imitate Santa's belly with a balloon under the t-shirts.
Now, put on some upbeat music – or, preferably, Christmas carols, to follow the theme – and see who can get through with the lowest string! Guaranteed fun for any group.
3. exchange of christmas cards
Want some lighter and more relaxed dynamics for your Christmas get-together? Choose this dynamic! Make or buy Christmas cards and leave the message part unwritten. Then hand them out to the whole group and explain that each should write a simple message. Orient that the congratulations must be without recipient, but with signature.
Put on a Christmas music and ask the group to shake hands, hug and exchange cards among themselves, without stopping at one person. After the song ends, each one keeps the card in their hand. As soon as they read the message, the participant should look for the person who wrote it and wish them a Merry Christmas.
4. balance the ornament
Do you know the egg race? This dynamic works the same way, but instead of the egg, let's use a Christmas ornament! This can be any small Christmas-themed object that is not breakable or sharp and can be carried in a spoon.
Having decided on the ornament, define the route and the start and finish line to avoid further problems. Once everything is ready, place the participants in their place. They must hold, throughout the course of the race, a spoon with their mouth, in which the chosen Christmas object will be balanced. Get started and have fun!
5. christmas characters
The dynamic is simple: place a sheet with the name of a popular Christmas character (Santa Claus, Grinch etc) on each person's back. To find out who they are, participants must ask each other yes or no questions. As people get it right, they get out of the game. Game over when the last person can figure out their character (or give up, in the worst case scenario)!
6. custom christmas tree
The Christmas tree has the power to brighten any environment. But how about trying something different then? Call employees, students or family members and make a personalized tree, where each one puts an ornament and a letter. The activity, in addition to promoting the group's unity, also gives that up in the Christmas spirit!
7. unwrapping presents
Unwrapping gifts may seem like an easy task, but in reality, it's not always. In this dynamic, then, don't even talk!
Buy some party favors and wrap them over and over, with layers and layers of wrapping paper. Another type of material is also valid, such as tissue and brown paper, or even newspaper. Don't limit your creativity (and try to be as sustainable as possible).
Also some unwrapped party favors. It may be necessary further down the line.
Gather all participants and draw who will start the game. The first to be drawn chooses one of the wrapped gifts and rolls the dice. The number that comes out will be how many layers of paper he can remove on the move.
If the first player cannot find the gift, the next player must roll the dice and continue the task. Whoever finds the souvenir, keeps it. If anyone in the group doesn't get anything, give them some of the ones that were saved as a gift.
8. draw the christmas music
“The little bell rings, Bethlehem's bell…” Who has never heard this Christmas classic? So prepare papers and pencils, because in this dynamic, the task is to draw the Christmas carols for others to guess!
In this Christmas image and action, divide the participants into two groups. Write the name of a Christmas carol on several cut-out pieces of paper. Afterwards, put them in a hat, where the person must remove one of them. The music that is written is what she needs to draw. But beware: she cannot use words from the song title as a reference!
9. reindeer nose
Print or use your artistic talents to draw a reindeer head design. Then glue the paper to a piece of paper for firmness. On the reindeer's nose, put a ribbon.
Blindfolded, one at a time, the participants in the game will have to glue a red ball to the reindeer's nose. Whoever manages to do this in the allotted time gets a souvenir.

Divide the group into two teams, according to the number of participants. Each of them has a Christmas stocking, which is some distance away from where they are positioned.
One at a time, participants must run to their team's half and fill it with as much candy as they can carry in a spoon (it doesn't have to be in their mouths!). Whoever manages to fill the sock first wins the game.
11. Color Christmas Catastrophe
Separate two boxes and place, mixed, various green and red objects. Then, divide the participants into two teams and, for each one, give one of the boxes.
In the room, place one box for green objects only and another for red objects only.
The objective of the dynamic is for each team to separate the green and red objects in their boxes. As they separate, they should be putting them in their respective boxes, green or red, also located in the room.
12. balloon explosion
Divide participants into two groups: one with red balloons tied around their ankles and one with green balloons.
When one of the team members yells “Go!”, they start popping other team members' balloons. If the player has his balloon popped, he is out of the game.
After the allotted time for the game ends, the group with the most participants in the game wins.
13. Santa's beard
This is for those who are not afraid of getting dirty! Divide the participants into two teams and have them stand in a row on one side of the courtyard. On the other side, place a bowl full of cotton balls. On each participant's face, apply vaseline generously.
When you yell “Go!”, the first in line for each team should run to the bowl and put their face into it so that as many cotton balls are stuck to their face. They can't linger there – it's only allowed to put their face in the bowl once.
After the players remove their face from the bowl, the first in line must run and do the same, successively. At the end of the game, the team that got the most cotton balls in the face is the winner.
14. hidden messenger
Bring the whole group together and ask them to write a message of friendship and hope for Christmas on a card. When everyone is done, collect them and place them on a Christmas tree.
After you finish arranging the cards on the tree, ask everyone to stand and choose a card from the tree that isn't yours. There is no danger of people choosing according to friendships – all cards have the same exterior.
Each participant in the dynamic must guess who the author of the card was. If the person gets it right, he gets a candy as a reward. Whoever gets it wrong, must pay a gift.
15. Where's the hat?
Everyone in the group needs to wear a Santa Claus hat. They should keep it that way until one of the previously chosen participants takes off what he's wearing.
Once the rule is defined, still in the room, start another activity: talk, start another game, among other possibilities. Once everyone is distracted, the chosen participant should discreetly take off their hat. The first of the group to notice wins the game.
16. Cookie Pending
There is no better dynamic for the hungry on duty! On a string, tie several Christmas cookies. Using tape, glue one end of the string to the ceiling so that it is about 1 to 2 meters above the floor.
Each cookie represents a certain number of points. The higher and harder to pick up, the more it is worth.
With string, tie both participants' hands behind their backs. They should have similar heights and a companion, who will add up the points according to which and how many cookies they can eat.
Within 90 seconds, participants must be eating the hanging cookies. In the end, the one with the most points is the winner of the game.
17. decorate your colleague
Prepare the cameras, because this dynamic will yield good photos! Set aside different Christmas tree ornaments, such as garlands, stars, pendants, and more. Then divide the group into teams of 3-5 people and a judge.
On each team, one person will either volunteer or be chosen to be the “tree”. When the referee kicks off, teams have 90 seconds to decorate their trees as best they can. With the end of the stipulated time, the judge decides who was better and thus, declares him the winner.
18. sticker war
Each participant in the dynamics receives a different Christmas-themed sticker card. If you can't find it, opt for common stickers. On each card, leave only 10 stickers (or define another number in common). Preferably, they need to be different from one player to another so that there is no confusion.
The object of the game is to stick all your stickers on your teammates without them noticing. If anyone notices, you should take the friend's sticker off and stick it on yourself. If you are falsely accused of putting the sticker on someone, you can stick it where you accused them. Whoever gets the empty card first wins.
