As we already know, the school lunch box preparation routine it can be a lot of work, but this task doesn't have to be so exhausting as we have many instruments to facilitate and make everything more practical. A household appliance that can help, and a lot, is the freezer, since it preserves a lot of food well.
O Freezer can be a great ally when we prepare snacks, especially when we want vary carbohydrates in the school lunch box. Cakes and muffins in general can be frozen and, after thawing, they usually remain the same as when they were fresh. Therefore, my tip is to always freeze them as soon as they cool, as they will still be fresh after thawing.
