We are already at beginning of the year and thinking about it I chose, for this post, the oat bread recipe, which is very easy and can be frozen, bringing practicality to the back-to-school routine, which soon arrives again. Because it is a mass that need to grow and, therefore, there is a more time consuming, I thought that the holiday season was the most favorable for people who are not used to baking bread to venture into this area. With this recipe, it is possible to shape the buns to the size that will be sent in the lunch box and then freeze, so you can guarantee a snack for a busy day.
to do the freezing, just wait for the buns to cool and then put them in a plastic bag suitable for the freezer. It is possible to take the air out of the bag with the help of a straw, just put the tip of the straw inside the bag and close its mouth around the straw, suck as much air as possible from inside the bag and start rolling the plastic and removing the straw in order to prevent the air from entering again. For
unfreeze, just put it in the fridge, for at least 6 hours, or put it in the microwave for a few seconds.I like the breads by versatility, because when the filling is changed, it turns into another snack. See the suggestions for some of the fillings I use below. Enjoy all this convenience and download the recipe in PDF to add to your book with your favorite recipes.
