Inep closes Encceja 2019 registration this Friday (31)

Registration for the National Examination for Certification of Skills for Young People and Adults (fill) 2019 ends this Friday, May 31st. Interested parties can apply for free.

Register for Encceja 2019

The National Encceja is divided into certification of elementary and secondary education:

  • Elementary School: people over 15 years old
  • High school: people over 18 years old

You must have your CPF number and identity document in hand, as well as an up-to-date e-mail address and cell phone number to register for Encceja.

Encceja will be held on August 25, in both shifts. The tests have different disciplines for each level of education, check out:

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The score of each objective test of Encceja ranges from 0 to 200 points, with a minimum passing score of 100 points. The wording ranges from 0 to 10 and participants must have a grade of 5 to apply for the certificate.

Encceja 2019 Approval Score

Essay: 5 point average

Objective Evidence: average of 100 points in each area

Result and Diploma

The date of the Encceja result has not yet been released, but high school scores are usually published in November, while grades for elementary school are published in December.

The certificate can be requested by anyone who has achieved the minimum grades required in Encceja. The diploma can be issued by the Departments of Education and Federal Institutes.

A participant who does not earn the necessary points for certification, but has the necessary points in one or more areas, may request a declaration of proficiency. Such document allows the candidate to take only the exams of the next Encceja in which the minimum grades for the diploma are necessary.

Encceja Exterior and Deprived of Liberty

Brazilians living abroad can take the Encceja Exterior for elementary and high school certificates. The countries affiliated to Inep are:

  • Belgium: Brussels
  • Spain: Madrid and Barcelona
  • U.S: Boston, New York and Miami
  • France: Paris
  • French Guiana: cayenne
  • Netherlands: Rotterdam
  • Italy: Rome
  • Japan: Tokyo, Nagoya, Hamamatsu
  • Portugal: Lisbon
  • Suriname: Paramaribo

Those deprived of liberty serving sentences in Brazil or abroad can also obtain certification by Encceja, always in prisons or socio-educational units.

The dates for the Encceja Privados de Liberdade and the Exterior modality will be announced later. Those deprived of liberty will have access to the certificate through their pedagogical officers, while those who live abroad will have access to it at the embassies and consulates in Brazil.
