November fruits: list with the fruits of the month

O fruit consumption is very important for our health, mainly for the immunity and formation of our bones. Therefore, the fruits are indispensable foods for build a balanced lunch box.

It is possible to find most fruits all year round in supermarkets, fairs, etc., thanks to modern agricultural production techniques. But to be able to offer this variety of fruits all year round, it is necessary to use more pesticides, modify some seeds, using fertilizers, among other unnatural practices.

In this post, we brought the list of November fruits, as we have been doing month after month, in order to help them choose cheaper, tastier, fresher, healthier and better quality fruits.
