To facilitate the assessment of students' development, the platform offers the history of coding challenges (programming challenges, in translation free) with the aim of testing the level of knowledge at the end of each module, in addition to the availability of an automatic corrector to support the journey of learning.
The partnership between B3 and its affiliates with universities, in addition to the development of regional programs, expands the connection between academia and the market. Another initiative, celebrated between the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and 40 mentors from B3 companies, “Mandacaru. Dev” resulted in the hiring of ten students by B3, with another edition of the project expected this year. “Pantanal. Dev”, which has the last module in progress, began in March this year, at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS).
These two partnerships include initiatives such as: creating laboratories of technological excellence in universities and pilot project of immersive training with students in Machine Learning, Data Science and Java, totaling almost 200 hours of development. Once the training is completed, program participants must face the challenge of putting all the learning into practice, mastering which brings them closer to the job market.
