How to Use Eightify App to Summarize Videos
According to the developers, the summary extension is extremely simple and efficient. To summarize a video, you just need to:
- Access the Eightify App official website;
- Download in the ‘Install Chrome extension’ field;
- Afterwards, you will be directed to the Chrome Web Store;
- Then choose the ‘Use in Chrome’ option;
- You must read and accept the video resource access permissions;
- If you agree with the information, you must click on ‘Add extension’;
- You will need to log in with a Google account and click on ‘Confirm’;
- Ready! You can now browse YouTube via Google Chrome and request summaries using the ‘Summarize video’ button in the top right corner.
After that, Eightify App will summarize and display the content on the right side of the screen. Another way to download the extension is by directly accessing the store. Chrome Web Store and search for Eightify App in the search field.
The program has two versions: a paid one and a free one. In the free version, you can summarize up to three videos per week in English. However, in the paid version, which costs approximately R$25, access is unlimited and allows you to choose the summary language.
