How to prepare a delicious yakisoba by reusing food?
One of the most famous dishes of Asian cuisine in Brazil, yakisoba takes around 30 minutes to prepare. Plus, it's super easy and makes about six servings. So, check out the ingredients below:
- 250g of noodles for yakisoba;
- 2 carrots cut into strips or slices;
- Half cauliflower;
- A tray of broccoli;
- 1 green pepper in slices;
- 1 yellow pepper in slices;
- 250g chicken breast cut into strips:
- 250g of meat (of your preference) cut into strips;
- 1 red pepper in slices;
- 1 white onion;
- Half shredded cabbage;
- 1 sachet of yakisoba sauce;
- Half a cup of soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation
- To start preparing your yakisoba, in a deep pan, put the noodles to cook in salted water;
- Then start preparing the other ingredients. So, sauté the onion in a large pan with a little oil;
- While the onion is golden, cut the other ingredients into strips or slices;
- Then, little by little, add the white and red meat, and then the vegetables, not forgetting the soy sauce to give it that seasoning;
- Now, pour the sauce ready for yakisoba;
- If you haven't reused some vegetables that were already ready in the fridge, wait until they are properly cooked;
- As soon as you feel that classic smell of yakisoba, add the noodles and mix so that the pasta takes all the flavor of the broth;
- Finally, just turn off the heat and serve your delicious yakisoba prepared with leftovers from other dishes.
- Furthermore, for a better experience, it is worth trying to eat using chopsticks, the famous “palitinhos”.
