Rules for receiving assistance
Permanent assistance is a right conquered by women. Many who do not have a formal job and do not live with a partner suffer from prejudice. Thus, the benefit is a victory for the Women's Rights Commission, since supporting them is also a way of promoting the country's economy.
However, to receive it, you must comply with these rules:
- Not receiving unemployment insurance;
- Not having a formal job;
- Enroll in CadÚnico;
- Not receiving the Brazil Aid;
- Have a family income of less than three minimum wages;
- Have a child under the age of 18;
- Not having a partner or spouse.
Bill in progress
Despite having been approved by the committee, the project is still being processed in a conclusive manner, still lacking the analysis of other commissions, such as Social Security and Family, Finance and Taxation and Constitution of Justice and Citizenship.
If approved, the aid will be paid by federal banks, in digital social savings and without monthly charges and fees. A conquered right, but which still needs to pass through the Senate for final approval. Thus, while the money is not released, the women can opt for the Auxílio Brasil and other social programs that are already in effect.
