history of lasagna
Original from the Italian regions, the first historical sources that present lasagna dishes permeate around the fourteenth century, in the court of King Richard II. However, there are some reports of similar dishes around the years 1238-1239.
The oldest version of lasagna did not contain tomatoes, as they had not yet been discovered by Europeans. Thus, only cheeses of different types and other seasonings gave a special flavor to the first lasagnas.
Currently, lasagna is full of different flavors and seasonings. Soy, chicken, meat lasagna, white sauce, tomato sauce. Several flavors spice up Sunday lunch or that special dinner.
Lasagna with white sauce in the microwave
Lasagna made with white sauce in the microwave is a simple and very practical recipe. First, you will need 500 grams of pre-cooked pasta.
For the sauce, the ingredients needed are:
- Half a liter of milk;
- 2 spoons of wheat flour;
- 1 tablet of chicken broth;
- 200g of chopped walnuts;
- 200g sliced mozzarella;
- 50g of grated cheese.
To prepare the sauce, place the milk jug in the microwave for 5 minutes at high power. Then, in a bowl, mix wheat flour, chicken broth and margarine. Leave in the microwave for 2 minutes and then add the milk slowly, stirring well. After mixing, microwave for another 5 minutes.
Then prepare the lasagna layers in the refractory of your choice. Finally, add the sauce to finish and microwave for 6 minutes.
