Nubank provokes anger from customers after money from accounts 'disappears'

Last Wednesday, the 26th, customers of the virtual bank Nubank reported that they went through an uncomfortable situation. Reports surfaced that the money in the account was gone.

They reported that when they accessed the online platform, they saw that something was wrong, which appeared to be a crash in the system. In addition to the balance, other platform information disappeared and appeared automatically.

Until realizing that the problem had happened in the system, many people thought that they had lost their assets and that they were out of money.

The instability accounted for around 500 complaints to the Nubank bank sector until 2 pm on the day, as reported by the Downdetector portal.

Nubank went viral on Twitter

The bank's popularity made other customers fall in grace, despite having been a situation capable of leaving anyone terrified.

Twitter users began distributing memes, tagging the company's name in the tweet, telling them the money was gone from their account.

People who had pennies in their account began to report that they had lost their valuables, a comment to ingratiate themselves with the public.

“You know how it is: end of the month, worker only has pennies!”. While some joked about the disappearance, other customers thought they were victims of a scam.

On the same virtual platform, Nubank informed customers that it experienced an oscillation and that is why a large number of account users were unable to verify the amount they had in their account.

The problem was resolved with the services operating normally in the bank application.

The thought of being a coup is not far from normality, since Idec (Brazilian Institute of Defense of the Consumer) notified Nubank asking for justifications about the security of their data customers.

Apparently, the system suffered from instability and is now operating normally, as expected by roxinho customers. It was nothing but a scare!
