The Unified Selection System (SISU) is a selection system for undergraduate courses at public universities in Brazil. It was created with the aim of simplifying and making the selection process fairer for students who wish to join public universities, offering a single platform for the application and selection of candidates.
Candidates are selected according to the grades obtained in the National High School Examination (AND EITHER) of the previous year, so that it is possible to select up to two course options, in order of preference. Know more!

SISU 2023 Registration
Enrollment for SISU 2023 begins on Thursday, the 16th, and around 226,399 places will be offered in 6,400 courses across the country. The last day to register is February 24th. Anyone who took the 2022 Enem and wants to enter a public university in this first semester can participate. To get a vacancy, the candidate must not have zeroed the ENEM essay.
The cutoff scores will only be released from the second day on, when it will be possible to identify how many people want the same vacancy. After the registration period closes, the last two options saved by the student will be considered. The system also allows you to search for opportunities using keywords, such as course, institution and/or city.
The data is scheduled to be released on February 28, when enrollment in the course will be allowed. However, if you didn't pass the first call, there are still chances of being on the waiting list.
Another government program is PROUNI. The University for All Program offers applications for full or partial scholarships. Registration will be held between February 28 and March 3. The disclosure of the results of the first and second calls will take place in the same month.
Fies, on the other hand, will receive registrations from March 7th to 10th, for those interested in financing at private institutions.
