O Strategic Challenge, launched by consulting firm Bain & Company, is in its 14th edition, being the largest university case competition in Latin America. The aim of the challenge is to give students an experience of what it's like to work in a business consultancy.
To participate, it is necessary to be enrolled in an undergraduate course in any area. Entries are open until April 2nd and must be made, obligatorily, in groups of 3 to 4 people.

The proposal is for each team to work together to solve a real business case in an innovative way, being guided by company professionals during the process.
The regional stages will take place in Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Regional phase winners will be awarded a Bain & Company strategy course.
Then, the best groups will go to the South American final, to compete with teams from Argentina, Chile and Peru. The three winning teams in the final will go directly to the final stage of the company's selection process, the interview for internship and associate consultant positions.
Finally, the group that conquers the first place will have as a prize a international tripwith all expenses paid.
