Variety when preparing your sweet potato

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes;
  • Olive oil, parsley, chives, smoked paprika and oregano to taste.

1st method of preparation

  1. First, cut the sweet potato (with skin on) into even slices while the oven heats up to 200°C;
  2. Take a glass dish or a baking dish, place the cut slices and drizzle them with olive oil;
  3. Then throw the parsley, the onion, the smoked paprika and the oregano in the amount you want;
  4. Then cover the container with aluminum paper and leave it in the oven for 20 minutes;
  5. When they are soft (passing them with a fork without breaking them), remove the paper and let them brown or brown for 10 minutes, and your potatoes are ready.

2nd method of preparation

  1. First peel the potatoes and fill a pan with water to cook them for 5 minutes (so they don't get too soft);
  2. Then cut them very thin so they can be crunchy later;
  3. Put plenty of olive oil in them and season with parsley, chives, smoked paprika and oregano in the amount you want;
  4. Place the cut slices inside the airfryer already heated to 200°C and set your timer to notify you after 10 minutes. Then stir and leave for another 5 minutes;
  5. Finally, repeat this process in the airfryer as many times as you deem necessary and it is ready to eat.

3rd method of preparation

  1. Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into stick-shaped slices;
  2. Take a large skillet, grease it and place the potatoes over low heat;
  3. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, oregano, parsley and chives;
  4. Then turn the sides of the potato so that they cook and brown evenly;
  5. Finally, when they are golden, just enjoy!
