Petrobras Connections for Innovation
The Petrobras Conexões para Inovação program consists of a series of initiatives designed to intensify cooperation between small, large and or micro companies and scientific and technological research institutions, with the aim of transforming scientific articles into innovations implanted.
The project's objective is to improve research and development incentive models, leverage creation, accelerate the development and gain scale to projects that are born in startups and small technology-based companies in the country. In addition, it aims to optimize selection and hiring processes and innovate in governance models for technological projects and programs.

Entrepreneurs will have advice from Petrobras and Sebrae, during and after the selection process, so that their solutions can be implemented and generate value in the short term. For successfully completed projects, Petrobras said it will enable continuity to the implementation phase and pilot tests.
Selected companies will benefit from:
- Support in overcoming challenges in the period between the proof of concept of the innovative solution and the generation of revenue from production.
- Generation of more innovative products, services and business models.
- Free participation in Sebrae's Technological Entrepreneurship Program.
