The other holidays will either fall in the middle of the week, with no possibility of amending with the weekend, or on the weekend itself. Carnival is optional
Due to the extension of the Covid-19 pandemic, several cities canceled the revelry, mainly capitals like Salvador, São Paulo and Recife. As a result, more cities will no longer be using the Carnival holiday, which is optional.

Three holidays will fall on Sunday
