Aid payment of 400 reais in January
According to the Federal Government, investments of more than R$ 7.1 billion were made to pay the January installment of the Auxílio Brasil, and the average amount per family was R$ 407.54 in that month.
However, many beneficiaries of the program complained through social networks. They complain that they did not receive the R$400, but smaller amounts. Some internet users said they had received half the amount, while others reported having withdrawn the same amount from the old Bolsa Família.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Citizenship confirmed that none of the more than 17 million beneficiaries received less than R$400. According to the folder, in some cases, the payment was higher than that amount, but it did not occur that it was less.
extraordinary benefit
The extraordinary benefit is a complement created so that people covered by the Auxílio Brasil receive at least R$ 400 until December 2022. In this sense, beneficiaries who, in theory, would receive less than R$ 400 from Auxílio Brasil, now rely on this complement to arrive at the value. However, this benefit is not continuous and it is not known for sure how long it will last.
Therefore, it is possible that the amount of the extraordinary benefit is going to a different account from the one in which the Auxílio Brasil was deposited. This could be due to a system error and as a result, some people did not receive the full amount.
How do I know if there was a payment error?
It is possible that this supposed error in the system is causing the payment to be made in parts. Therefore, for users who did not receive assistance in full, it is interesting to look for a Caixa Econômica Federal agency in order to clarify the situation and find out what really happened to the benefit.
