Government aid for pregnant women

This benefit may serve women who already have a registration or who already receive some other social benefit, such as Auxílio Brasil. After all, it is a separate benefit that serves as a complement to the needs of pregnancy. Therefore, these would be R$ 65.00 more at the end of the month, which should, in theory, help with pregnancy expenses.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that in the announcement of the new program, there is no specificity of the number of pregnant women per family who can receive the aid. Likewise, there is also no limit on the number of pregnancies. Although it is defined that after the end of the aid, a new request can only be made twelve months later. That is, even if the beneficiary becomes pregnant again, the aid will not be available immediately.

But, in summary, the program guarantees that the payment of R$ 65.00 must take place during the entire nine months of the pregnancy. And this will not depend on the period of pregnancy in which the woman makes the request, as there are nine installments.

How to register

For the time being, there are still no details on how to register for government assistance for pregnant women. However, it is known that the updated record in CadÚnico is one of the prerequisites for obtaining assistance.

With this, it becomes more interesting to update the registration in case of pregnancy, which before was only mandatory for those who received the Auxílio Brasil. Finally, while we do not receive more payment details, we are still waiting for more information.
