Through the BB app, customers will have access to stores such as Ponto, Casas Bahia, Extra.com.br, Droga Raia, Centauro, Cobasi, Dafiti, Dolce Gusto, Boticário and L'Occitane. In addition, it is still possible to obtain cashback, crediting the checking account. This project started in November 2021, and there are already approximately 12 retailers available to the banking institution's customers.
In a statement, the director of digital business, Pedro Bramont, said that the institution's marketplace manages to ensure an efficient audience. The platform gives access to the new production of developments for companies linked to Banco do Brasil.
In short, for physical customers, Bramont claimed that the marketplace will provide experience, convenience and numerous other advantages, including cash back.
For the institution, this is a project that will attract new customers, generate new income and loyalty. Because, when we analyze it, just last year more than R$ 100 million were transacted only in the sale of non-financial services and products through the application. The app registers an average access of 8 million customers per day, reaching a peak of 9 million.
