They are now available for consultation in the Unified Selection System (SiSU) of the Ministry of Education (MEC) the more than 226 thousand vacancies that are destined to public institutions of higher education. In this first edition of 2023, there are a total of 226,399 vacancies spread among 6,402 graduation options in 128 institutions, whether municipal, state or federal. What is worth mentioning is that 63 of these are federal universities.
The MEC informs that students or other interested parties can now consult the vacancies available on the site of SiSU, which are separated by type of competition, shift, course, location and institution. It is also possible to have access to the full accession document of each of the participating educational institutions.

Registration itself will only start on February 16th. They will be available until 23:59 (Brasília time) on February 24th. To participate in the SiSU selections, the candidate must have taken the National High School Examination (Enem) in 2022, have taken a score greater than zero in the writing test and also must not have taken the exam only as a trainee, that is, he must have already graduated from teaching average.
When registering, you must inform the course options chosen by the candidate. The selection of students is carried out based on the grade achieved in the last edition of the Enem. The result that will disclose the approved candidates will be released at the end of the month, on February 28th.
What is SiSU
The Unified Selection System popularly known as SiSU, is a program that was created by the Federal Government in 2010. Through it, students are selected for state and federal institutions of teaching higher. The selective takes place twice during the year: once in the first and another in the second semester.
The main requirement to enroll in SiSU is to have taken the National High School Examination (Enem) in the previous year.
