  • Slowly turn your neck to one side and hold the pose for 7 seconds. Repeat the same movement on the other side.
  • Tilt your neck down and touch your chin to your chest, holding for at least 5 seconds.
  • Tilt your neck to the side (towards your shoulders) and hold the position for 5 seconds. Then do the same for the other side.
  • Straighten your body to have an upright posture. Next, push your neck forward and bring your shoulders together in alignment to stretch your neck muscles. Hold the position for 5 seconds and gently return to your original position.
