On the internet, dissatisfaction with the INTER bank has grown a lot lately, due to the limitation of some of the benefits that the bank offers in the sale of its service.
In addition to the fact that users who obtained the black card version through the annual subscription to Dup Gourmet having their benefits limited, users also began to have access to VIP lounges at airports denied.
Such access is one of the advantages that make the black credit card so sought after by the public, but, lately, dissatisfaction with the lack of compliance with what was proposed has caused a great buzz among the customers.
Some customers began to complain on Twitter to get the bank's attention. One of the comments was Felipe Matheus, who said that: “I'm asking for a @VisaBR card at @Bradesco so as not to be embarrassed by the Black card from @MastercardBR issued by @interbr. After the reports regarding access to the #SalaVIP, I was very sad and prefer to avoid headaches on my vacation.”
With that, the bank stated that it is improving this access to ensure more convenience for its customers, bringing some requirements, they are these:
- Sending a photo of the boarding pass containing all the travel information;
- The image must be legible;
- The image must be sent within 24 hours of departure.
