In this post, we bring the sweet and sour roast turkey recipe as a main course suggestion. This recipe is an update of the classic turkey, present in many Christmas dinners, with a differentiated preparation, still keeping this bird traditionally present on Christmas tables.

Ingredients
1 piece of 1.5 kg turkey
5 oranges
100g of mustard
100g of honey
fresh rosemary
Black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Preparation mode
Season the turkey with the juice of the oranges, mustard, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper. Let it sit for at least two hours before baking. Heat the oven to 160°C. Put the turkey on a baking sheet, cover it with foil and roast it breast down for approximately three hours, it's It is important to pay attention to the position of the turkey, as this way the juice of the meat will go down to the breast, making it more juicy. Remove the laminated paper, turn the turkey breast up, and let it brown for another 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
