Ingredients
250 g of margarine
200 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
1 lemon peel
1 pinch of salt
500 g of wheat flour
Preparation mode
Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough that comes off your hands. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, approximately 5 millimeters thick is enough. Cut to desired shape and bake in moderate oven until golden.

1 egg white
½ tablespoon of lemon juice
icing sugar
Preparation mode
Beat the whites with the lemon juice to the point of snow. Add icing sugar little by little until it becomes fluffy and consistent. Separate the frosting obtained in portions and add coloring. Decorate the cookies and store in a tightly closed container.
