The blender cassava cake is one of the simplest and fastest to make, as you only need to beat all the ingredients in the equipment. Therefore, the degree of difficulty is low and the recipe only takes 50 minutes to complete.
Also, the yield of this cake is more or less 10 servings. If you want to prepare it in larger quantities, just increase the ingredients proportionally.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of raw cassava in small pieces;
- 1 cup of sugar tea;
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk;
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) of oil;
- 50 grams of grated coconut;
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 dessert spoon of chemical yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Method of preparation:
First, peel and cut all the cassavas and put them in the blender together with the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla essence. Then add the coconut milk little by little while beating all the ingredients for approximately one minute.
Then add the chemical yeast, grated cheese, grated coconut and beat the whole mixture for another minute until the dough is homogeneous. Then unite a shape with margarine or butter and wheat flour.
Now preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium heat) and transfer the dough from the blender to the greased baking sheet. Place the cake in the oven and bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Finally, when the cake is ready, just wait for it to cool down, serve it to the whole family and enjoy!
