Step by step to make soft cake

The soft cake is ideal to complement some of our meals of the day, such as breakfast or snacks. The recipe that we are going to show you below is very simple and the degree of difficulty is low.

That's because you just put all the ingredients in the blender in the correct order and beat. In addition, the necessary items are inexpensive and easy to find.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups of traditional wheat flour tea (unleavened);
• 6 cups of milk tea;
• 1 can of condensed milk;
• 3 chicken eggs;
• 3 tablespoons of butter;
• ½ cup of sugar tea.

Method of preparation:

First, take the blender, add the milk and condensed milk and beat until it's very homogeneous. Then add eggs, butter, sugar and continue beating to mix the dough.

Then add the wheat flour little by little, with the blender still on. When you finish adding the flour, beat the dough for two minutes until the mixture becomes uniform.

Grease a baking dish with butter and flour and transfer the contents of the blender. Preheat the oven to medium heat and bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes. However, be aware of the moment when the cake acquires a golden appearance. Depending on the power of your oven, the time may be shorter than expected.
