How to withdraw PIS 2022?

Who is entitled to PIS 2022?

- Be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
- Having received an average monthly remuneration of up to two minimum wages during the base year;
- Have performed paid activity for a Legal Entity, for at least 30 days, consecutive or not, in the base year considered for calculation;
- Have your data correctly informed by the employer in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS)/eSocial.

The amount received by PIS/Pasep 2022 beneficiaries is proportional to the period in which the insured person worked with a formal contract. Each month worked entitles the worker to BRL 101, considering a full month the one in which the worker performed the activity for more than 15 days. Those who formally worked for 12 months will receive the minimum wage, in the amount of R$ 1,212.
