However, starting this month, this dynamic will change completely, to the happiness of many people. That's because the recognition of signatures will be done digitally in notary offices throughout Brazil, configuring itself as another step towards technology.

In this sense, this novelty will allow citizens to digitally forward their document to the notary office through this site, then, will sign it electronically, and, consequently, have your signature recognized by the notary. Therefore, it will be allowed to send signed digital documents to the final recipients.
“With this release, we have completed the migration of 100% of notarial acts to the digital medium, so that, from now on, citizens can choose between going to a notary office or do the service electronically", says Daniel Paes de Almeida, president of Colégio Notarial do Brasil – São Paulo Section Paul.
“This is a facility for users, who gain in convenience and agility, as they no longer need to go to the registry office. Now the notary office is on the user's cell phone. Furthermore, with the signature recognition platform it will be possible to be sure and confident that those digital documents are certified by a notary, guaranteeing the legal security and effectiveness of people's personal and property businesses, ”he declares.
