Nowadays, the factory still uses some components such as plastic in production, which, when discarded, takes years to decompose and pollutes the environment. In this way, the company teamed up with Papershell to create paper-based pieces.

Papershell is a recent company, which emerged in 2021, but which has already managed to revolutionize the sustainable market. She uses natural products to create pollutant-free and environmentally friendly materials. According to the company, its natural fiber composite is stronger than plastic.

Being electric motorcycles, they no longer emit greenhouse gases, and now, without using plastic, the company will also reduce CO2 emissions. According to Papershell, the fiber composite produces 0.65 kg per functional unit against 4.95 kg for polypropylene. With fiberglass, it passes to 25.05kg of CO2.

Even though it is composed of cellulose, the material is resistant to extreme temperatures, fire, thermal expansion, etc. The companies are still working on the model of a sustainable motorcycle with the lowest possible use of carbon, and aim to launch it by 2025.
