about the bike
Electric motorcycles are increasingly valued in the market, but this new model is not like any other. The motorcycle created by the Japanese company ICOMA is a mini bike that can be folded. That's right, folded! By doing this, the vehicle becomes compact and transforms into a table.
This bike was called Tatamel Bike and it is not yet available in the market. In addition to this, it is also unknown where this motorcycle will be sold, as the company has only confirmed the launch in Japan. However, the objective is that it is not an expensive vehicle, as the idea is that it is an affordable means of transport. This measure is interesting, considering that, most of the time, electric vehicles are more expensive.
Advantages and disadvantages
The company claims that the idea was that, in addition to purchasing a vehicle to transport themselves, the buyer would also be purchasing an office desk for their home office. In addition, as it transforms into a table, it would not be necessary to park it. With this, it would avoid the stress that is increasingly common nowadays due to the lack of parking or very expensive prices to leave the vehicle in private parking lots.
In addition to this, as it is an electric motorcycle, it does not use fuel and thus contributes to the preservation of the environment. In this sense, the motorcycle is a vehicle for short distances, as it should initially be marketed with a range of 50 km with a charge. Regarding its speed, the vehicle will reach around 40 km/h, but there are plans to reach up to 100 km/h in the future.
