- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 can of cream (not a box);
- ½ American glass of lime juice (pure juice, not mixed with water).
Do not forget to invest in good quality ingredients, as they will be very important to make your dessert delicious. In addition, Tahiti lemon is essential precisely because it is less acidic than the green one. You can look for it in any market or nun, where it can be easily identified by having a slightly yellower skin than the others.
Also, if you still want something even faster, but don't have lemons available, you can also use those powdered juices. So, just replace the fruit in the recipe and follow the same step by step.
Method of preparation
First, you need to beat the condensed milk together with the cream in a blender. Once the mixture is smooth, which should take about 3 minutes on high speed, gradually add the lemon juice. Keep hitting until you reach a very creamy consistency.
Then pour the mixture into a glass mold and place it in the freezer. Wait a few hours and your dessert will finally be ready. If you prefer, you can add a mix of lemons, like Sicilian lemons, to make your recipe even tastier and more aromatic.
